Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are the foundational framework for our training program. IDPs provide the framework for flexible, individualized professional development and experiential training in the context of rapidly evolving and emerging challenges in EHS and supports a reduction in traditional didactic course work.
