- Harney County Health Department – EHSC Collaboration
- The mission of EHSC is to better understand the contribution of environmental stressors to certain disease etiologies. Arsenic, found in ground water, is known to contribute to anemia, cardiovascular damage and keratosis, amongst others. EHSC is working with Harney County to improve testing of well water for arsenic, and to help the community better understand the results of the arsenic testing through community forums and the Harney County Health Department Arsenic Collaboration.
